How to Apply?
Applications for 2010 funding is now closed.
Early estimates for the GLL Sport Foundation in 2010 suggests we will be able to give varying levels of support to around 800 young athletes. In the coming year we hope this support will continue to increase further.
How we can assist
Support will be given in the following ways:
- Financial grants to young talented athletes
- Memberships that provide free access to over 70 sports and leisure facilities currently managed by GLL on behalf of our Partners (see below)
- Where our Borough Partners have an established Council-led talent identification and support initiative, the GLL Sport Foundation will work in partnership through or with this organisation

- Awards will be made between £250 and £2000 (see funding profiles)

- Individuals can only receive one GLL Sport Foundation Award per annum and cannot apply for multiple Boroughs
