Terms and Conditions
- All applicants must tick the terms and conditions box on the Application Form and agree to comply to them prior to application being accepted
- Applicants under 16 years of age must have a Parent/Guardian consent prior to the application
- The information contained on the Application Form must be accurate
- The Award shall only be used for the purpose specified. The GLL Sport Foundation reserves the right to request proof of expenditure relating to all levels of Awards
- The GLL Sport Foundation work in partnership with other Athlete Talent Schemes in the following Boroughs; Camden, Greenwich, Hackney, and Newham. Any change to the athlete criteria specific to any agreement between GLL and the Borough scheme will be communicated during the application process.
- All applicants must recognise GLL support by using "supported by GLL Sport Foundation" on publicity materials
- Successful applicants must make themselves available for one photo call per annum and provide information to the GLL-appointed PR agency re: event, training etc
- Successful applicants in receipt of a GLL membership must complete all necessary membership documentation and agree to observe the Terms and Conditions of Membership, the Centre Rules
- 6-monthly summary reports must be submitted detailing competition programme, results, and achievements. Notification must be given to GLL if you incur a personal injury preventing you from continued participation
- The GLL Sport Foundation reserves the right to use your details in any GLL promotions and publicity. The Foundation do compile an ongoing historical list of all athletes that have received support. Your name, sport and achievements may be listed (website, other) - but no personal details will be listed. GLL agree not to use your contact details for any publicity. Emails will only be sent for official business
- The GLL Sport Foundation awards are not designed to have any exclusively over athletes and athletes are free to seek other funding and support
- Athletes are asked as part of any award to keep personal biographical up to date and acknowledge support from the GLL Sport Foundation on both personal or sport biographies
