Last season was a phenomenal season for me when I became European Junior Champion in Hungary for the 200m Butterfly, with a new British age group record of 2.08.87.
GLL has really helped me to be able to continue my journey on the Road to Rio. I have been able to use my local facilities to train, and have been able to have access to sports massages and physio for recovery which has been a great help.
My biggest achievements so far have been finishing in 10th place in Youth catagory (15/16yrs) in the 2014 World Junior Open Water Championships; in this race I was also the 6th fastest European swimmer.
My biggest achievement is swimming for Great Britain Deaf Swimming Team 6 times, reaching several finals in a relay teams, at the World Championships getting a Bronze Medal for my part in the 4x100m Freestyle Mixed Team.
I have been so fortunate to attend many major events within my discipline of Synchronised Swimming, probably the highlight for me was the World Championships in Barcelona in 2013, however the European Games in Baku was also a key competition for me.
