GLL Sport Foundation Sprint Workshop with GB Coach Chris Zah

The GLL Sport Foundation offers Sport Science and Athlete Performance workshops throughout the year for our supported athletes to attend. This year so far Middlesex University have hosted Performance Analysis and Strength & Conditioning workshops, with the next being Sprint Training at Mile End Stadium with GB Coach Chris Zah. 

Chris Zah has coached Olympians such as Perri Shakes-Drayton and has a breadth of experience for top class sprinters. This is a fantastic opportunity for any athlete that has sprinting involved in their training or sport, or for anyone who would like to incorporate sprint training into their programmes.

Chris Zah’s experience will show athletes how to add sprinting into their training programmes and explain the benefits of this, in addition to work on sprint technique. Sprint training is useful in almost any sport, so we really encourage all athletes to come along and give it a try.

The sprint workshop will take place at Mile End Stadium in Tower Hamlets on the 5th of June and will last 2 hours (time TBC).
