London

Vita Health Group

Vita Health Group (formally Crystal Palace Physio group) is an award-winning sports physiotherapy provider operating clinics across greater London.

I am a funded athlete but I am not based at a National Performance Centre like other athletes, which makes times of injury difficult to deal with. I sustained an injury before World Championships this year. I was able to compete but in pain and knew I needed to sort myself out ahead of the start of the new season. I have been receiving regular soft tissue at Crystal Palace alongside the physio treatment I already get from the English Institute of Sport. The Physiotherapy Clinic

  • Athletes training at Gosling will be able to apply into the GLL Sport Foundation from next year, but athletes from the surrounding area of outer London, Swindon and Oxfordshire have access immediately.

The Osborne Clinic

  • Supported athletes within the area of Newcastle will be able to receive treatment at one of the largest and long-established independent physiotherapy practices in the city.

Cornwall Physiotherapy Clinic

  • Supported athletes within the area of Cornwall will be able to receive treatment from the experienced physiotherapists, and the clinic has recently introduced 3D motion analysis for runners which would likely be of particular interest to our athletes.

Pippa Lubek Physiotherapy

  • Pippa Lubek Physiotherapy is a local Physio service providing care for those struggling with pain or physical restrictions.

Manchester Metropolitan University

  • Clinic location – Manchester, Brooks building, M15 6BH
  • The Manchester Movement Unit is a state-of-the-art physiotherapy clinic open to everyone. MMU's expert physiotherapy team includes senior lecturers at Manchester Met, who are highly trained health professionals.

Phoenix Physio

  • Clinic location – Sports Training Village University of, Claverton Down, Bath BA2 7AY
  • Phoenix Physio is run by Clinical Director Joni Morley who is committed personally and professionally to deliver a superior experience to all clients, to understand their needs, to empower them and to improve their quality of life. The process will start with a thorough initial assessment and expert diagnosis and from this you can expect a bespoke treatment plan addressing your individual needs, interests, goals, thoughts and values.  A shared decision-making approach to the treatment plan will ensure the treatment is highly aligned to your goals, aspirations and requirements.
    Our aim at Phoenix Physio is to inspire, instil confidence and motivate you, using the latest research and evidence-based practice.

The Carter and George Practice

  • Clinic locations - mutiple locations available (Hertford, Windsor, Wokingham, Hampstead, Radlett, Kendal, Harpenden, St. Albans, Hitchin, Hurstpierpoint, Congleton, Northwich, Glasgow, Amersham)

  • Co-founders, Jamie George and Rhys Carter, founded The Carter & George Practice in 2018 with a clear purpose - to give everyone the opportunity to experience healthcare like an elite athlete.

  • GLL Sport Foundation athletes can benefit from up to a 20% discount on additional treatment/investigations outside of our funding. They also have the ability to refer athletes to see their Sports Medicine Consultant's and refer directly for X-Ray (£125) and MRI (£399) if ever needed.

Back on Track

  • Back on Track - Clinic location: Belfast
  • With vast experience and knowledge in high-performance sport physiotherapy and rehabilitation, Back on Track will provide an individualised care pathway from injury to return to sport.
