I want to compete next year at world level in Skate Park and hopefully make it out to Tokyo in this discipline for the UK.
Past/biggest achievements
Double junior European Vert Skating champion also come 2nd and 3rd over 4 years. 2014 French men’s Vert champion, 2013 UK men’s Vert champion. I came 2nd in the Norwegian and the Germany men’s Vert titles once and in the UK men’s Vert title 3 times. 6th in the World Cup Skateboarding in Men’s Vert in Colorado in 2016 and 7th in the World Cup Skateboarding Men’s event in Bristol in 2017.
Summary of recent competitions
This year after 4 of 6 rounds I’m leading the UK Men’s Vert series with 2 wins and 2 second places.
I came 2nd in the German Vert championships in July and 7th in the World Cup Skateboarding Vert event at NASS in July. I have some “Skate Park” competitions coming up this summer too.

Goals for the year/career
I want to win the UK Vert series again this year. I also want to reach more world level finals in Vert and maybe start to podium. I also want to compete next year at world level in Skate Park and hopefully make it out to Tokyo in this discipline for the UK. Hopefully Skate Vert will be an event in 2024 in Paris!
How the GLL Sport Foundation has helped your sporting journey
GLL Sport Foundation have enabled me to have the funds to travel to a much bigger range of Olympic style skatepark facilities in the UK this year. This is providing me vital support in improving both my experience and skills in the new Olympic “Skate Park” event. They have also given me access to their own excellent facilities in Barking (Better Extreme) and this too will help me prepare for 2020. Fingers crossed I have not needed the injury/rehab support, but it’s great to know that there is support potentially available on this front too should I need it in the future.
